At the heart of the waiting area sits a large, friendly bear holding a log engraved with the Smile logo—perfectly placed for social media moments. Across the room, a sculpted tree invites children to step inside and explore, while a whimsical treehouse perched above adds a sense of wonder. A baby bear cub playfully hangs from a branch, and a moose bust—complete with braces—holds up the TV in charming style. In the treatment bay, a mountain forest theme comes to life with oversized mushrooms that double as prize stations and a cheerful bear cub welcoming young patients with a smile.
